Ebay is rampant with counterfeit merchandise and they don't do anything about it until the copyright holders contact them. Ebay's email/web support is wretched. It sucks that you got the shaft. I think that you should inform SanDisk of this matter. It is in their best interest to be informed, by a longtime user of their product, that they where ripped off.
